Returns Policy

We hope that you’ll be delighted with you Direct Decking composite decking, but understand that on occasions there may be issues with your order. 

If your order is damaged you must let us know within 14 days of receipt of goods by emailing or calling 0800 6123 998. Please include your order number, product name and reason for returning. Please ensure that the issues are clearly explained within your request. We may also ask you to provide photographs demonstrating the fault.

In the event of any manufacturing defect or manufacturing failure, we will replace the goods free of charge.

Direct Decking does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Please note that the customer is obliged to check the quantity, quality, safety and all other properties of the goods upon delivery.
