Returns Policy

We hope that you’ll be delighted with your Go Decking composite decking, but we understand that occasionally there may be issues with your order. 

Sometimes, even with the best photography and description, what you receive after placing an order online isn't always what you’d expected. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to return an item purchased online - for any reason - within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund provided they are returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You must notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period by emailing sales@godecking.co.uk or calling 0800 6123 998. We are open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm.  Please provide your order number, product name and reason for returning. You will be given a Returns Number to apply to your parcel and will then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods. We can arrange this for you, or you can make your own arrangements. Please take pictures of your returning items to show that they are safely packed and undamaged. Once the goods have been delivered back to the depot and have passed the quality check, we will process your refund. Items returned outside the 14-day period may not be refunded.

If you are returning the entire order, we will also refund the original delivery costs.

In the event of any manufacturing defect or manufacturing failure, we will replace the goods free of charge.

Go Decking does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Please note that the customer is obliged to check the quantity, quality, safety and all other properties of the goods upon delivery.

While we endeavour to keep your goods safe during transit, accidents occasionally happen. If you receive goods that are faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately and send pictures. We will arrange for replacements to be sent free of charge.
